The Mumbai facility was designed to support fast-moving inventory, multi-client storage, and cleaner inbound-to-outbound flow for regional distribution. Automation in scanning, slotting, and dispatch staging is expected to reduce manual handling delays during peak periods.
The location also adds more resilience to west coast operations. Customers with retail, FMCG, healthcare, and spare-parts requirements can now use the site for buffer inventory and faster replenishment across western and central India.
